Mighty Ducks (also known as Mighty Ducks: The Animated Series) is an American animated television series that aired on ABC and the syndicated programming block The Disney Afternoon, the last show produced by the block, in the fall of 1996.The show was loosely inspired by the live-action Mighty Ducks films and the NHL team, the Anaheim Ducks.
